Pewsey Information Point
Pewsey Information Point (known as the PIP) is a library of information- on all kinds of subjects- which is kept for local residents in the Pewsey community area. The information is taken out to surrounding villages to make sure we are in touch with those who may feel rurally isolated, and is always available in the office for people to drop in during office hours.
Information includes:
As well as this, there are free dog-foul bags, a local job file and CV advice service, maps, news from voluntary groups and charities…and lots more.
PIP also organises events for the community- you may have met us for No Smoking Day, at Healthy Eating events in schools, taken part in our recycling programme for stamps, printer cartridges and mobile phones, at the Job Fair in the PACT Centre, or at events organised for older people in the area. Look out for our information stand at your village fete this summer!
